Gus and Julia

Gus and Julia

Domestic Short Hair - mixed - 10 years and 1 month

Assisted Rehoming / Private Listing.

We are hoping to rehome Gus and Julia as a pair as they came to us together and have never been separated."

"Julia is just as affectionate as her brother Gus but a little more shy. She will be happy sleeping in her own space but loves cuddles at night when the house is more quiet. She will find her brother to sleep with, and sometimes needs a break if he is being too playful. Julia loves to play fetch and have pats with your foot and sit in the sun. Both Julia and her brother Gus are very well litter trained – they have never marked or urinated in any other part of the house in the 10 years since we’ve owned them. Like her brother she doesn’t bite or scratch at all, so is good to be around children although she prefers calmer environments. Julia has been an indoor cat all her life and prefers it that way.

Julia has lived with kids for many years. She does not bite or scratch but is a little more shy so is more likely to keep to herself.
We're hoping to rehome Gus and Julia as a pair as they came to us together and have never been separated."

"Gus is an affectionate and playful boy who loves any lap or bed he can find. He loves pats from anyone and will say hello to any visitors. He will tell you when he’s hungry or wants to play but mostly loves being near you and sitting wherever you are. He and his sister Julia are inseparable, will sometimes play and scuffle but usually just love napping together. Both Gus and his sister are very well litter trained – they have never marked or urinated in any other part of the house in the 10 years since we’ve owned them. Gus can sometimes scratch furniture so scratching posts are a good distraction. They are also very placid and don’t bite or scratch at all, and Gus is great with children.

Gus has lived indoors his whole life and while he is sometimes interested in exploring outside, he has been kept as an indoor cat

Hazel

Hazel

Domestic Long Hair - female - 2 years and 1 month

I am not sure why I landed in rescue, as I am already desexed, have perfect litter box skills, am affectionate and well behaved. And now I am also vaccinated and have had a preventative flea/worm treatment.

I have a friendly yet quiet personality. I love being patted and held and often stare intensely at humans, in the hope that they will submit. When you call me, I am very responsive because I know that means I could get pats. I love humans and think another cat/pet could be ok, in order to break the boredom in-between sleeping, pats, eating and play.

I am extremely patient. I will not wake you up, nor will I pester you for food, even if I am peckish. I know there is always unlimited dry food available to me. I may make the odd half hearted meow but I am certainly not a stalker.

I really enjoy having vertical space and love jumping and climbing. As well, I enjoy hunting games where I can hit and pounce/bite on toys/strings.

I love Whiskas dry food. I also enjoy wet cat food and boiled chicken. Occasionally, I may request a few frozen peas from your plate.

I would suit apartment living or a house. As I get overwhelmed by too many other pets, I would prefer to be solo or have one gentle yet playful friend.

I would prefer a small family of up to 3 people.

I come with a vaccination certificate, a letter from the vet certifying that I am desexed, 1 month's supply of flea/worm treatment and a large bag of donated dry cat food.

While I have medium to long hair, I self manage the grooming.

Finally, I enjoy car travel!

Macca

Macca

DSH - male - 3 months and 2 weeks

*** Macca is available to meet at PetStock - Marsden Park ***

Macca came into care with his siblings Gazza and Shazza when they were about 3 weeks old from the local animal shelter, and although small they would not be contained and demanded to be released to play with the big cats.

Macca is a mischievous little boy who seeks the company of humans, and will cuddle up to watch TV or keep you company while you are working from home. Although some days he can be more of a distraction than company.

Macca enjoy a wrestling match with his brother Gazza or being a typical brother and annoying his sister Shaza, and he has been raised with other foster kittens, as well as the resident cats, dogs and bunny and he happily co-habits with them all.

While Macca has access outside via a cat run in his foster home, he is looking for forever family that can offer him the protection of growing up inside (or safety outside access).

Peep

Peep

DSH - female - 3 months and 3 weeks

Although she was raised in care since she was rescued from the local animal shelter with her brother Bo when they were only 4 weeks old and came into foster care, Peep is a timid little kitten who is happy to do her own thing and is comfortable in her own company.

Peep is most happy doing her own thing but she will also join in games with the other cats and kittens. Peep will join her foster mum on the end of her bed of an evening, and as she gets more comfortable with the world she is cuddling closer and closer. She has also started joining her foster mum in her home office while she continues to work from home.

Peep will need a family that can give her the time and space she needs to become comfortable in her new home, and the company of an older resident cat may help her with this process.

Peep has access outside via a cat run in her foster home, but for her own safety she is looking for forever family that can offer her the protection of growing up inside (or safety outside access).

As well as being raised with her brother Bo, Peep has been raised with other foster kittens, as well as the resident cats, dogs and bunny and she happily co-habits with them all.

Oliver Brown (or OB, or Mr Brown)

Oliver Brown (or OB, or Mr Brown)

domestic short hair - male - 1 year

Oliver Brown came into care as a stray. He was living in the bushes near a shopping center, competing for food amongst other stray cats and ibises. He stood out due to his highly friendly nature and would approach and beg for food while the others would run and hide. Woefully thin when he first came into care, he has since started to put some weight on and his coat is starting to become shiny and fuller.

Oliver Brown (or OB, or Mr Brown) has been in foster care since 27 May 2022, for 4 weeks
