Joey's story

Hi

A quick update on Jovey. He's wonderful, and settling in really well. Had a great holiday up at the sunshine coast, and was a trouper on the plane. We all stressed on the way up, but the way back was easy

he knew we'd be waiting at the other end with cuddles, so was quite relaxed. Of course he had Big Ted with him (the one you gave him). He really is a good lad.

He loves the beach, but is quite a scaredy cat

which isn't a bad thing. We take him swimming down at the harbour at rozelle quite often, and he loves to wade, but isn't keen to take the leap to swimming. Someone suggested to us that he might be german short haired pointer cross (instead of cattle dog) but judging by his timidness with the water we don't think so! He's put on at least a kilo, and is a fine-looking boy. Neighbours comment he's growing, but we can't see it ourselves

hard to tell when we spend 16 hours a day with him!

All the best
