Tigga

Tigga

Pomeranian X Chihuahua - male

Hello, I'm cuteness overload, otherwise known as Tigga.

I'm an older placid guy looking for a new home as my owner surrendered me to move to a nursing home. I have a grade 3 Heart Murmur which does not need medications at this point in time. Adopters must consider whether they will be able to support any medications Tigga may have to take in the future. Caridsure is the most popular medication for heart murmurs.

I am non-reactive, like quality soft food (as I only have 1 toofie), affectionate, and I like older children and adults. I enjoy sitting close to you, and I'll put my paw out on your arm for affection. I have learnt to use the doggie door and am fully toilet trained.

A word from his foster carer: Tigga is quiet and has a low pitched occasional bark. He loves pottering around in the garden so an outdoors area is a must. Is okay being left alone for short periods of time and is excited to see you when you return. He will not leave your side when you're home.

Tigga is desexed and is ready for adoption.

Adoption enquiries to his Foster Carer are welcomed by e-mail but please make sure you meet the criteria of having a garden/yard for him to potter around.

Tigga was adopted on 28 December 2022 after 1 month in foster care

Tank

Tank

Aussie bulldog - male

Tank is a very handsome dude that has been waiting very patiently for a family to say "THATS MY BOY"!

Tank walks well on lead and has a happy, wiggly personality like most bulldogs that will keep you entertained for hours. He will need to be inside during the summer months but of course his preference would be to join you indoors when ever your home.

Tank will need to go to a home that has no other pets and someone who understands my breed

My home needs to have a fully fenced backyard where I can run around safely

I am toilet trained and I love coming inside for cuddles

If you are my forever home then please contact us.

Tank is in Foster Care near Windsor if you would like to meet him please contact us..

Mickey

Mickey

Chihuahua - male

i have been surrendered through no fault of my own.

I was very timid for the first day in care, however, I have come out of my shell. I love my humans. I get on with the resident cats and dog.

I am your typical chi. I want to be with you as much as possible, sit with you, sleep with you and follow you around all day.

I am looking for a home with an owner who will be home a lot. I am an indoor dog but i do go outside for toileting and I enjoy little walks.

I will come flea treated, wormed, microchipped, vaccinated and I will be desexed on 16th November so will be ready to leave for my new home once I am recovered.

For expressions of interest please contact my foster carer Jeanette via email below.

Mickey was adopted on 19 November 2022 after 2 weeks in foster care

Diva

Diva

Pug - female

Poor Diva has been used by her previous owners to pump out puppies and was then left in the pound.

Diva is a lovely little house dog that will make a great addition to any family. She is house trained and is very happy just sitting beside her human all day. She only has a small bark but will sometimes use it when she knows her humans are in one room and she another. She is used to sleeping on or near her humans and currently sleeps with her foster carers primary school age kids. She is great with children but can excitedly jump up in faces, so would be best with children over 5 years old.

Diva is good with other pets, is very friendly with new dogs, but she will stick up for herself if being pestered. For this reason she'd prefer a home without a very young puppy to annoy her. She is the same with cats - will be happy side by side a cat that is calm but if attacked she will chase back.

*Thanks to Maeve, Fiona, Margaret and a huge thanks to Lorraine for their donations towards Diva's vet fees. Her additional costs have now been fully covered* Diva unfortunately suffers from brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome and so a home that understands the complications with that from over excitement or heat exhaustion is a must. She will be undergoing surgery in late September to alleviate some of her symptoms but this won't be a cure-all. Her surgery is expected to cost just under $1,000. Any donations towards her surgery costs will be very appreciated.

If you are interested in adopting Diva she should be ready to go to her new home in late September but we are taking expressions of interest now so please get in touch with some information on your household and what you are looking for in a new pet.

Diva was adopted on 11 November 2022 after 2 months in foster care

Narla

Narla

AM Staffy - female

Narla has come into care after being surrendered to a council shelter.

Narla will make a family so so happy. She brightens up everyones day. Narla can sit, shake and comes back when called.

Narla gets along well with dogs, cats, horses and cows. She loves to cuddle up next to you on the lounge and just be with you.

Narla is good with children as she has a 3 year old and 7 year old at her foster home. She is just perfect natured.

Her friends are a great dane, bull arab and retriever.

Narla deserves a loving home where she can be inside with her fur parents. Also a nice decent back yard for her to play.

If you think narla would suit your home email lisamaree21@hotmail.com as lisa is her foster mum.

Narla was adopted on 11 November 2022 after 2 months in foster care

Milly

Milly

Staffy X Bulldog - female

Milly is a beautiful little puppy who is currently living with 4 adult dogs.

She is very easy going and tries to play with the other dogs in the household although they mostly ignore her except for Cody. Cody and Milly love to play from time to time and its adorable.

She is an indoor dog who rarely barks and hasn't destroyed or chewed any of the furniture or the shoes left lying around. When I take the other dogs to the park she is fine being left in her playpen until we return.

She really loves people and is very people oriented and would be best suited to a anyone who wants to make her part of their family.

Milly has a grade 2 heart murmur and will be reviewed at next vaccination.

Milly was adopted on 16 October 2022 after 1 month in foster care
