Gazza

Gazza

DSH - male

*** Gazza will be available to meet at PetStock - Marsden Park store from Wednesday 1st June ***

Gazza came into care with his siblings Macca and Shazza when they were about 3 weeks old from the local animal shelter, and although small they would not be contained and demanded to be released to play with the big cats.

Gazza is a mischievous little boy who like his brother seeks the company of humans, and will cuddle up to watch TV or keep you company while you are working from home. Although some days he can be more of a distraction than company.

Gazza enjoy a wrestling match with his brother Macca or being a typical brother and annoying his sister Shaza, and he has been raised with other foster kittens, as well as the resident cats, dogs and bunny and he happily co-habits with them all.

While Gazza has access outside via a cat run in his foster home, he is looking for forever family that can offer him the protection of growing up inside (or safety outside access).

Macca is ready for meet and greets now, has had his first kitten vaccination and is litter trained and will be up to date with his parasite protection.

As we receive a lot of enquiries for our kittens, please include relevant details about yourself and your home/other pets, to be considered.

If you are renting, please ensure that you have approval for a cat BEFORE you lodge interest.

You must be over 18 yrs old and an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to adopt an animal from DCH.

Gazza was adopted on 06 June 2022 after 2 weeks in foster care

Ash (now Emma)

Ash (now Emma)

Rottweiler X Bullmastif X Am s - female

Ash has now been adopted!

This beautiful and cute puppy is a Rottweiler X Bullmastif X Am Staffy mix and has been surrendered into DCH Foster care to be rehomed.
We currently have 6 of these puppies from this litter in care separated between 3 different foster homes in 3 different suburbs.

At present we are taking expressions of interest until we have confirmed when we will be able to get them desexed at the vets prior to being able to rehome them. We are aiming to have them ready for adoption around 26th May give or take which is when their 2nd vaccination is due however it depends on when the vets will be willing to complete their desexing surgery.

They have received a basic health check at the vets on 26th April and have received their 1st Vaccination.
They have been microchipped and have received a worming treatment and will be dewormed every 2 weeks.
If your interested in adopting, please submit an enquiry / expression of interest and we will contact you to discuss further and can keep you updated on when we expect to be in a position to rehome them.

A little of what we know about Ash so far:

Ash is such an energetic and playful puppy, she always seems happy.
She is also a little bit sassy and sometimes stubborn; she knows what she wants and will make sure you know it too.
She is very food motivated and smart so definitely has the potential to be a very well behaved and entertaining pup, with some more training.
Ash is still learning that no matter how adorable it is, she is actually not supposed to grab the lead and take humans for a walk. She loves to play with tug toys and leap around like a deer, and has a cute little quirk, she likes to search the yard for leaves to play with, and not just any leaf it has to be the right one.
She is likely to grow into big dog and therefore will need a family with dog training experience to help her learn and grow into the amazing girl he is destined to be.

Leo

Leo

Domestic Short Hair - male

Leo is bold and adventurous, a born leader!
He is very inquisitive, always the first to eat, first to explore new rooms, and first to play with any new toys.
He is also very affectionate and enjoys pats and belly scratches and playing with his siblings, but most of all he loves food!

He is a cheeky boy, who will sometimes try to steal his siblings' food, and follow you around until you give him what he wants, more food!
He enjoys running through the cat tunnel, playing with toys with bells, and of course, showing off his crazy awesome gymnastics skills.

Leo is a big purrer and loves to drape himself across the arm of the lounge, with his head hanging down the side, just like a wild tiger lounging in a tree.

Leo is currently in foster care with his brother Romeo, and they enjoy chasing each other around playing until they’re exhausted and then napping together on the highest post of the cat tower

Leo is located in the Penrith area and is available for adoption now.

The $225 adoption fee includes:

  • Microchipping,
  • Worming/flea-treatment,
  • Vaccination (1 of 3),
